- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
- Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned.
- Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
